I love my life! ♥

I am thankful

I am so thankful for my family. I am very much loved and well taken care of. Grandmas, grandpas, cousins, and my aunts and uncles are all a part of my daily life. I couldn't ask for more.

My dad turned the big 3-0 last week. We celebrated by baking him a special cake and had lots of balloons waiting for him when he got home. We also had a fun dinner at Benihana with Grandma Barb and Grandpa. I really like going there!

Halloween 2009

I was a witch this year and loved it. I had so much fun trick or treating! I didn't want to stop. I can't wait until next year when I get to do it again. We carved pumpkins and had a great time. I think I might enjoy carving more next year though. I loved Halloween this year!

Brynn Update!!

My 2nd Birthday Party. - 5/17/2009
I had a blast playing outside and opening presents. I love the birthday song and loved blowing out all the candles. Thanks to everyone who came and gave me gifts!

Summer is here and I LOVE to play outside! I am learning how to ride a bike with training wheels!! WooHoo!!

All I want to do is play outside. I am constantly asking mommy and daddy to go outside and play. I got a new bike this month, and have been giving it a go ever since.

My eye surgery!! Yay!! 6/10/2009
On June 10th, I finally got my eye surgery. It went very well, and now my eye is totally normal!! It is so exciting!

My 2 year well check Dr appt. 6/3/2009
I weighed 23.6 pounds and was 33.3 inches tall. I am a little on the small side =)
I am a very healthy and active kid, and apparently very smart as well ;) I had to get one shot, and I got my finger pricked as well. I am not a fan of shots but take them like a champ! After that I was ready to GO!

Potty Training woes.
Sometimes it's going great. Sometimes it isn't so great. I know when I have to go and I know where I have to go, sometimes I just forget!

Eye Doctor Appointment

Last week I went to the eye doctor. We were there for hours, and they ended up telling us what we already knew. My tear duct is "obstructed" and I need the surgery to fix it. I have great eyesight, and the doctor kept telling me how cute and smart I was. Overall it was a good appointment. Next up is my 2 year check up and then going in for the surgery.

Potty Training Update

Potty training is going very well these days. I tell Mommy when I have to tinkle almost everytime. I know when I have to poop, but sometimes I don't tell Mommy and Daddy until after I have gone. I can make it to the potty chair in time sometimes. I am so proud of myself when I go tinkle or poop on my potty chair or on the big girl toilet.

Christmas 2008

I got way too many toys and presents!! I love them all. I had so much fun on both Christmas Eve and on Christmas Day, Mommy thought I was going to sleep for days!! Of course I did not ツ

My first time being sick...

This is me dealing with the flu for the first time. I was so tired and could only eat toast and bananas. It was a really tough week, but there was a couple positives that came out of it. I started sleeping in my own bed, in my own room, and I also finally weaned myself onto real food.
Mommy brought me to the dr 3 times to make sure I was ok. Each time they said I was fine, and finally she believed them! Phew! The 3rd time, we had a very nice Dr who I think I will start seeing for my check ups. She was very nice to me and understood Mom was just being a mom.

18 Month Well Check

Today I weighed 20 pounds (the same since I was just 12 months - at 9 months I was 19 pounds.) I am 32 inches tall - I have grown over 2 inches in the last 3 months! I am in the 7th percentile in weight and 67th percentile in height. My doctor said I am very healthy, but need to learn to eat food and sleep on my own through out the night. I got 2 shots today but took them very well. I said 'hi' and 'bye' to everyone in the office and also blew everyone kisses.
